What does it cost to live at Townsend House?

Our rates include all basic services for single occupancy and are on a month-to-month basis. Semi-private and couple rates are available.

Studio Unit A: $4,400 per month

Approximately 240 square feet private half bath

Studio Unit B: $4,650 per month

Approximately 300 square feet kitchenette
Private half bath

One Bedroom Suite: $4,950 per month

Approximately 400 square feet
Kitchenette
Private full bath with walk-in shower two large closets

Semi-Private Unit: $3,400 per month

Enhanced services are available to residents who may need special care. Charges are based on the severity of the residents’ need and could range from $100 to $1,500 per month. There is an admission fee of $1,000.

SPECIALIZED CARE – Provided for Additional Monthly Charge
Medication Management (outside policy)
  • $150.00 for local pharmacy that does not deliver.
  • $100.00 for mail order medications.
  • Requires a special agreement to be on file.
Diabetic Care & PT/INR
  • $200.00 for supervision of blood sugar check
  • & NCS diet. Monitoring & coordinating.
Oxygen $100.00 for supervision and maintenance of equipment.
Nebulizer Treatments $50.00 for daily setup and cleaning of equip.
INR Monitoring $100.00 monthly fee.
Escort Within the Building $100.00 for SBA with walking or wheelchair.
Supervised Transfers $200.00 for SBA transfers to and from and for safety precautions.
Two Person &/or Hoyer Lift $500 for full transfer to and from for safety precautions.
Orientation $500 for one on one direction, re-direction & supervision due to dementia (similar behaviors).
Pendant Call System $150.00 for pendant replacement.
Sensor Alert System
Incontinence Management		 $500 Chair and/or bed fall prevention alert.
Incontinence Management $300.00 for total incontinence management care (toileting every 2 hours) or catheter care.
Ostomy Care $100.00 for assistance with emptying bag, changing wafer and required staff training.
Hospice $1,000 for Hospice care in coordination with Home Health Agency. There is a one time $500 initiation fee with the start of hospice care.
Transportation $50.00 per hour for escorted trips to medical appointments. $35 for Drop off/Pick up.
Pet Deposit $1,000 deposit.
